These terms set out the agreement between you and Muna Belleza when you use munabelleza.com or buy from us. We have kept them as plain as we can. Please read them before placing an order, because by using the website or buying from us you agree to them.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Muna Belleza” mean Muna Belleza FZ-LLC. “You” means the person using the website or placing an order.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and able to enter into a binding contract.
Our products
Everything we sell is a cosmetic skincare product. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any skin condition. Skin responds differently from person to person, so results vary.
Before using any product, read the full ingredient list on its product page and do a patch test. Stop using a product if it causes irritation. We are not responsible for reactions caused by an individual allergy or sensitivity to a listed ingredient. More detail is in our Disclaimer.
Product information and pricing
We work hard to keep descriptions, ingredients, images and prices accurate. Packaging can change between batches, and product photos are for illustration. If we find an error in a price or description after you have ordered, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
- All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).
- Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order.
- Any delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Placing an order and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us starts when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a card.
We accept credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Payment is taken in full when you order. We do not see or store your full card details.
Delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Delivery fees and usual timeframes are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruption, severe weather or public holidays, but we will keep you informed.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:
- Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened or used skincare cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
- Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you should tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Reviews and content you send us
You are welcome to review products you have bought. Reviews must be honest, about your own experience and free of offensive or unlawful content. By posting a review, you allow us to display it on our website. We may remove reviews that break these rules, but we do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos and design of this website belong to Muna Belleza or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Links to other websites
Our website may link to other sites, such as social media or payment providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using a product other than as directed, by an individual reaction to a listed ingredient, or by delays outside our control. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the UAE.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
