Worldwide Shipping and Delivery
We send every order from the UAE with DHL to customers in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Austria and the rest of Europe. Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days, shipping is a flat $35, and it is free once your order is above $99.

The rate is the same in every country we serve, so a parcel to Vienna costs the same as one to Vancouver. You will see your shipping line at checkout once you have entered your address, before you pay.
How long delivery takes
DHL delivers in 3 to 5 working days. Your countdown starts when DHL collects the parcel, and we email you as soon as that happens. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays in your country, so an order collected on a Thursday may arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
Busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and big sale weeks can slow every carrier down. If you are ordering for a gift or a trip, leave a few extra days.

Customs, duties and import taxes
Every parcel crosses at least one border, and customs can open or hold a package for checks. Depending on your country and the value of your order, you may be asked to pay import duty or VAT or sales tax to DHL or your local customs office. These charges are set by the authorities, not by Muna Belleza, and they are not included in our prices or the shipping fee.
The rules for cosmetics differ between the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia and the EU. A quick look at your customs website before ordering avoids surprises at the door.
Tracking your parcel
When DHL collects your order we email you a tracking number and a link. Open it any time to see where your parcel is. If the status has not moved for several days, send us your order number and we will chase it with DHL.
Tips for a smooth delivery
- Enter your full address in English letters, including apartment or suite number and postcode.
- Add a mobile number that works in your country. DHL couriers often call before they arrive.
- Choose a delivery address where someone can accept the parcel, such as a workplace or a pick-up point if DHL offers one near you.
If your parcel is damaged, late or wrong
Take clear photos of the outer box and the products, then get in touch through the contact page with your order number and the photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Is shipping the same price to every country?
Yes. Shipping is a flat $35 per order on orders up to $99, and free on every order above $99, wherever you live.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, as long as your parcel has not been collected by DHL yet. Message us straight away with your order number and the new address.
Can I combine two orders to get free shipping?
Free shipping is based on the total of a single order, so add everything you want to one basket before you check out.
Which carrier delivers my order?
Every international order is sent with DHL, and you receive a tracking link by email once it is on its way.
Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
You might. Duties and import taxes are set by your country and are not included in our prices or in the shipping fee. Check your local rules for cosmetics imports before you order.
