Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only for unopened and unused products, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition
- The product is unused, unopened, and with original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used skincare products.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Customized, promotional, or free gift items
This policy is standard for skincare and personal care products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- An incorrect item
You must contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos or video evidence of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Method & Processing Time
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
- Muna Belleza will cover return shipping costs only if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non‑refundable, except in cases of our error.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before the order has been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible.

International Orders & Post‑Delivery Returns (Important)
Muna Belleza ships products from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to the United States and other international destinations.
Once an international order has been shipped and delivered:
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for international orders that have already reached the customer’s country or delivery address, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- Change of mind, dissatisfaction after delivery, or refusal after arrival in the destination country is not eligible for a refund.
- This includes situations where the customer requests a return after the product has cleared customs or has been delivered to their doorstep.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled only within 12 hours of placing the order, and only if the order has not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched from the UAE, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order becomes non‑refundable under international shipping rules.

Returned international shipments cannot be resold or re‑imported responsibly. Therefore, returns and refunds after international delivery are not feasible.

- These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
