This policy explains what personal information Muna Belleza collects when you visit munabelleza.com or order from us, why we collect it, who sees it and what choices you have. In short: we collect what we need to deliver your order and look after you, and we do not sell your personal information.
Last updated: 2 October 2026. This website is operated by Muna Belleza FZ-LLC from the United Arab Emirates. We serve customers in many countries, so where your local law gives you extra rights, we respect them.
What we collect
You give us information when you place an order, create an account, message us on WhatsApp or email, subscribe to emails or apply to our affiliate program. This can include:
- your name, email address and phone number
- billing and delivery addresses, which we need to ship internationally
- your account login details (your password is stored encrypted, and we cannot read it)
- your order history
- anything you choose to tell us in a message, such as your skin type or a photo of a product
Card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. They go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website.
We also collect some technical data automatically, such as your device type, browser, pages viewed and approximate location based on your IP address.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep items in your basket and keep you signed in (essential, because the shop will not work without them), to remember your preferences, to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising if we use tools such as Google Analytics or Meta advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the basket and checkout may stop working if you block essential ones.

Who we share it with
- DHL and other delivery partners, who need your name, address and phone number, and who may share details with customs authorities in your country
- Stripe, to process card payments
- Website hosting, email and software providers, who run the site and send order emails
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us there
- Analytics and advertising platforms, if we use them
- Authorities, only where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
International transfers
We are based in the UAE, and our providers may process data in the UAE, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States or elsewhere. We choose established providers and take reasonable steps to protect your data wherever it is processed.
Marketing emails
We send marketing emails only if you have agreed. Every one includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time. Order and delivery messages are not marketing, so you will still receive them.
Affiliate applications
If you apply to our Affiliate Program, we use the details you send to review your application and, if you join, to track referrals and pay commission.
How long we keep your information
We keep it only as long as we need it: to provide our service, to keep order records for accounting and tax, and to resolve disputes. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example in the UK, the European Economic Area, California or elsewhere, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct information that is wrong or out of date
- ask us to delete your data where we are not required to keep it

Our website is not intended for children. You must be 18 or over to place an order, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection and card payments are handled by Stripe. No online service is completely risk-free, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.
