Our advice is general, not medical
Our guides, product pages and replies on WhatsApp or email are general information from a skincare retailer, not medical advice. Please speak to a doctor or dermatologist about:
- painful, cystic or spreading acne
- rashes, eczema, rosacea or other skin conditions
- spots or moles that change in shape or color, bleed or itch
- using skincare during pregnancy or while breastfeeding
- any symptom that worries you
Allergies and sensitive skin

Skin responds differently from person to person. Photos, reviews and descriptions show what some customers experience and are not a guarantee of results. Skincare works over weeks, not days, and sunscreen is an important part of any routine.
